I applied online. I interviewed at Allied Universal (Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2020
Interview
Abysmal!
They bombard you with communications via texts and emails with the importance of being prompt and early for your interview. I arrived early as I always do and 40 minutes AFTER my interview time someone comes out asking if I could wait an additional amount of time. They didn’t even know how much more time by the way.
I drove down from Northern California because the virtual interview didn’t work and Juan Valenzuela didn’t bother responding to my emails or phone calls inquiring about help changing my interview date or issue with virtual interview working. Unprofessional and sub par first impression especially when they stress timeliness. Don’t bother with this circus. I don’t know who they are “protecting” when they can’t get an interview right.
i did the online video interview, had relatively straight forward questions. the online recorded interview was fairly easy and then i proceeded to complete the phone interview with the manager onsite and it was fine
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Explain a time you had to deal with a difficult coworker and how you handled the situation
Applied online, went into the site and met the manager, who was polite and very easy to speak to. The interview wasn’t long and went smoothly. Good experience overall. Would recommend the company.
Interview experience with this company was nothing short of disappointing. As I attempted to interview, show up, and complete all steps communicated; I was faced with a no-show interview with little-to-no communication.
