I applied for an Operations Manager position with Allied Universal two months ago. I never received a phone call or any kind of confirmation after that.......it’s like my resume dropped into a black hole. A month ago, I ran into one of their regional executives and inquired about the position and stated that I had applied. She promised to get someone in touch with me, and I have yet to hear anything.
This is not the least bit surprising coming from this company. Low standards in, low standards out.
......and for the record, my level of experience and certifications are extensive. I could run a regional office for them.

Question 1
......and what position are you looking for again?
I applied online. I interviewed at Allied Universal (Tampa, FL) in Feb 2021
Interview
Consisted of a multiple panel interview where buzz words of entry level and family were thrown around. Was required to create and perform a presentation. Recieved several phone calls the same day of the in person interview in reference to salary requirement. Having a masters degree and 10 years of operation management experience will only get you a $40,000 a year salary. If that is what you are after then go for it

Interview
About a 2 week process. Applied online, got a phone interview. Talked about my experience, how many people I've managed accounts etc. 2nd interview was with the Director. Didn't ask about my qualifications since they'd already read my resume. They just wanted to know how I would adjust to the job. How I worked, what I did to de-manage stress.

People seem to be skilled at interviewing, very wise group of people. 1 VicePresident and a General Manager. The HR Regional was there as well, seem to be an inclusive process.
