I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Allied Universal (Sacramento, CA) in May 2018
Interview
Easy interview, Basic questions. Asked a couple questions like whats your schedule or past experience. Guard card. etc. Whoever you interview with is most likely going to be your operations manager. He/She will take care of the rest of process and you will work for his/her sites. If you pass the interview you will get a job offer on the spot.
Applied online, went into the site and met the manager, who was polite and very easy to speak to. The interview wasn’t long and went smoothly. Good experience overall. Would recommend the company.
Interview experience with this company was nothing short of disappointing. As I attempted to interview, show up, and complete all steps communicated; I was faced with a no-show interview with little-to-no communication.

Interview
No interview really. Quick hire. Hired same day, started working that next week. When I switched sites I had to interview but even then they just asked was I ok with the schedule and could I come in for the orientation the next day.
