I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Allied Universal in Oct 2015
Interview
Very simple, asked why you wanted the job. Filled a sheet asking you to describe your surroundings while you wait for your interview. Taken back to office, they look at your resume and ask you the most basic of questions before offering you a job so long as you can open a door knob.

Question 1
Why do you want this job? Tell me about a time you experienced a difficult person at another job and how you dealt with it? Are you willing to work graveyard shifts? What are your long-term goal?
Interview experience with this company was nothing short of disappointing. As I attempted to interview, show up, and complete all steps communicated; I was faced with a no-show interview with little-to-no communication.
