During the beginning you go to their corporate office or job fair location, They have you sign in so they know you are there. After that happens they hand you a piece of paper that says Daily Journal and operations log and tell you to report everything you see, just to see if you are good at report writing.

It was super laid back yet professional. I distincly remember the question, "Tell me 10 ways that you would use a pencil."
Overall, it was fun, laid back and professional.
