Allied interview questions

Applied online, then got called for a phone interview, after in which I was asked for a Skype interview with the HR team, and later invited to the office, which was interesting and cool to see the life

I wasn't sure what to expect going into the interviews. They ended up being two one on one interviews with two different Vice Presidents. I wouldn't say either of them were informal, but they weren't really "stuffy" either.
