I applied online and called to request an interview. I went in on a weekday (Monday I believe). I went in for a job in the warehouse and interviewed for it, the sales manager and a member of the sales team liked how I presented myself so they interviewed me for sales as well. I was asked basic work force questions like, "What are your strengths/weaknesses" "why "should we pick you". No drug screening/backround check. warehouse positions test and check backround but is reasonable.
