I applied online. I interviewed at Allied Benefit Systems
Interview
My first interview was with a recruiter to tell me more about the company/role & get to know me. My second interview was with HR manager. I was told I did great, they enjoyed speaking with me & loved my eagerness but the role was filled (was a lie, the role was still posted) suggested I do a third interview for same department, different role. Another waste of time, I never heard anything back. I’d rather get a unfortunately email than to be ghosted.

Question 1
I don’t remember all the questions but it was the same tell me about yourself & experience. Oh & if I had to be an animal what would I be & why.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Allied Benefit Systems in Sept 2025
Interview
I interviewed on a Tuesday and was told I would hear back by Thursday or Friday of that week, but NO LATER than that Friday. Well it's been over 3 weeks and I never heard from them again. I went onto their website to look at their openings and the job I interviewed for had been taken down. Advice to management and the talent acquisition staff... work on your communication skills with potential candidates, especially the ones who have already taken time out of their day to interview with you. Do not just ghost them. If a position they interviewed for has been filled, then be professional and at least send them an email. It's common courtesy. DO NOT say "you will hear from us by -" and then never communicate again.
