Interview
Set up interview over the phone with HR representative. She asked several questions and told me about the job. If you are expecting a call, make sure you are ready to have a professional conversation. The interview was very casual and laid back. I felt like I was talking with a friend instead of being interrogated. They did ask some typical "interview questions" for example "what is your greatest weakness?" These questions are really common so I recommend brushing up on them before going. The employer was very honest about work load and expectations and allowed plenty of time for me to share my successes and skills.

Typically interview questions. They will ask a lot about previous customer service experience, like how you have helped a customer or how you have delighted a customer in the past.
The interview process was quick and easy. I enjoyed speaking with the recruiter and the questions they asked were enjoyable to answer and you can tell the rep was paying attention to my answer
