I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Allianz (Frankfurt (Oder)) in Mar 2019
Interview

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Allianz (Pune) in Apr 2024
Interview
The interview process began with an application through Glassdoor on the company’s career portal. After my resume was shortlisted, I was contacted by the HR department. During the initial HR round, I was asked to confirm my availability and answer common questions about myself and my current job role and responsibilities. Following this, a virtual manager round was scheduled.
In the manager round, I interacted with a manager from South India. The manager asked me to introduce myself and then delved deeply into questions about my job roles and responsibilities. The interview experience was positive and professional. However, I noted that the job role in question was quite different from my current position, which might affect my chances of selection.
As long as you are comfortable with English and communication, there shouldn't be any issue. Thats the main intention of the interview from what i ve experienced l. If you are able to communicate well, it's a piecee of cake
