Very thorough and the opportunity to meet many people across the organization. I had three different meetings with 4 to 5 people at each interview. Everyone was very enthusiastic and supportive.
I applied online. I interviewed at AllianceChicago
Interview
Interviewed with HR and staff, HR kept in touch but interview process & update was non-existence. After the interview, which seemed to go well, I never heard back from anyone, even after I was told I would be informed of a status. I constantly kept in touch with HR, but that tapered off as well. After the process, I figured out that I pretty much would not want to work for a organization who conducted business/hiring process this way.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AllianceChicago
Interview
There were 5 rounds of interview. One phone interview which was pretty casual catch up. The second round was in person interview with the chief clinical officer. The third and fourth rounds were with team members. The fifth round was programming interview round.
