I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AllianceBernstein
Interview
One general fit 30 minute interview with an associate where I had to state my preferences for which office I would like to work for. Questions were basic "tell me a time when..." and then a more focused roleplaying question at the end. After first round I was contacted for a second round about a week later by the office I ranked 1st for my geography preference. Second round was 3 hours with 4 interviews and one informational panel with analysts. It was entirely fit questions, and a lot of the interviewers asked similar things. Panel was ungraded, just a chance to get to know more of the office. 2 weeks later I received my offer.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at AllianceBernstein (Bergen op Zoom) in Mar 2022
Interview
Applied in October didn't hear back till March. Great, young people that are extremely nice. Interviews weren't overly difficult, focused more on behavioral questions. Was asked a lot of questions on teamwork and what I would personally bring to the company.

Interview
I applied online and received an email to schedule a phone interview around two days later. I received an email to schedule a phone interview. I had over one week to prepare for this phone interview. The interview was with HR. The interview lasted ten minutes. I was told that I would find out within the week if I was accepted to the next round of interviews or not. However, I did not actually hear back until over a week and a half later, through email.
