Honest review from your interviewee: The first red flag is the manager enter the iv so late. Nvm. Maybe busy. Unfortunately, during the boss asked to introduce myself it is Very unprofessional due to: not open the video cam from the management. Third red flag is the most unacceptable: the boss quite rush and just only asked me 1 technical question which I answered wrong. Then he directly said "sorry you not qualified for this position" then he just left the iv without saying anything. So unprofessional. They are all left after 'thank you' but without saying anything as to close the iv. In conclusion, No proper interview made. Maybe you just want to fulfill your company KPI for the iv hiring but do you think candidate do not have dignity? My last word, the leader is the reflection of the company. This is the worst management and iv session I've ever had.
