Interview
Interview was conducted directly with the MD (also the owner) of the company. The MD inquired on past related recruiting experience and industry sectors that were handled to determine the gap required for the company. Interview lasted 2-3hrs as interviewer tend to deviate other non-related questions as well.

Interview
One interview with HR and Director. Good background of company provided. First 2 managers interviewed and screened me and thereafter the Director interviewed me. Was asked some skill based questions and had to prove why I want to try out the recruitment industry.
