A brief introduction on the job scope, working environment and the culture by the manager, overall it is a relaxing interview session. After the introduction, then candidate will have to start to make an introduction. There'll be hr interviewing you after the interview session with manager.

The interview process was simple! I met with the head of Retail Management and the HR manager for coffee and we had a great friendly discussion about what I was looking for in the internship and they gave me the accommodations I was looking for. I got offered the internship within a week and all the paperwork was sent in a timely manner.
