Alliance Analytical Laboratories. interview questions

Six people talked to me in a room and asked me perhaps the most basic interview questions I could think of. They didn't seem too thrilled to show up to work themselves. When I asked "what makes you come to work everyday" only one person of the six answered saying "I like a paycheck to feed my family", Big red flag. I also got the notion that anybody hired into that facility would have to work and scrap for many years to earn a decent wage, so not a great look. The lab itself was somewhat unorganized and dirty, and I didn't get a good sense of belonging or fulfillment of work. They also implement temp service for 90 days because they don't do a good enough job of interviewing and want to see how much worth you bring to their company.
