The HR representative reached out for an initial phone call a month after I applied, gave me a basic run down with a few questions about me and why I was applying. Then they scheduled a phone interview a week or two after that with the manager who asked more technical questions and a gave me more information about the company. Then they scheduled an in person interview that took about 4 hours with 5 members of the company. The HR rep, the hiring manager and 3 guys from different parts of the company. Pretty easy just chatting and answering questions. All of them were very nice. They got back to me two weeks later. I got an offer but it was too low to get me to leave my current job.
