Interview
Professional three step process. Began with Phone interview then taken for a coffee to discuss role and previous experiences, final experience was to show shop floor skills. The manager was very friendly and the whole team was very accomodating.
Easy if you’re confident and have interpersonal skills. They took me to the small office for a 1 on 1 interview and it lasted about 20-30 mins. Dress nice have a good attitude and prepare with some brand knowledge.

Interview process was quick and simple- I was referred by a former employee and the interview process was in person and over the phone. One phone call and one in person meeting.
