Interview
The process is very standard. You need to apply for PO advertisement through newspapers. In Preliminary exam you get to appear for Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability and General English Exam. Then in Main exam in addition to above General Awareness and Descriptive paper is conducted. Based on the scores, you are called for interview and Group discussion

Question 1
Questions were mainly around my subjects in graduation (science) . Academic questions like what are different laws of Newton. Some commercial mathematics like how do get profit and loss. Then more on general awareness - Privatisation of banks, issues being faced by the banking sector, NPA situation, economics in general.

Interview
Pretty streamlined...Systematic. First applied for the post, underwent written IQ test, then interview. Full process took 4 months. Interview consisted of a panel of six members led by a GM of the bank. Each interview was of min 15 min
