After a brief phone interview I received a follow up call a couple days later and was invited to an on-site interview. The interview was fairly relaxed. The management team asked me questions about my past experiences. They also allotted plenty of time to talk about the new product line that was soon to be introduced to the market. Overall it was a very positive experience.
