Very unprofessional and too provoking too many requests on filling forms. No logic same question asked in call and in mail. Need to improve the hiring methods troubling candidates is unacceptable.

Why are you here? Why and What have you even done?
Had 3 rounds and was quiet informative and direct. HR round and the manager round and a round with the CEO. All three rounds had different set of specific questions.

Just they conduct screening round, later they give me assignment, i completed the assignment, directly i selected for the role at all time design company. but it is on site work
