1. Take a test online
2. A couple days pass, then Marion All-Star Staffing advises you to show up for an interview with Xerox. They tell you to wear business casual and to be passive during the interview.
3. They said they conduct a background check, but it's obvious that they don't actually do it because some of the trainees had significant criminal history.
4. My female colleagues said they had to urinate in a cup at All-Star's office in Marion, but men were instructed to urinate in a cup in a Starbucks restroom at Jefferson Pointe in Fort Wayne. Strangely, they made us pay for the urinalysis (25 dollars).

I didn't make it through the process. I was NOT paying them $75 for on-boarding me, if I got the $11.00/hr job which I didn't know at the time I applied. Now I understand why they are constantly looking to fill these positions. They do not look for quality candidates who have skills. They fill the seats until those who have to endure a 4 month training miss time which you have to guarantee them you will not. I have dealt with the caliber of people who do this job and now I understand even better why my son's (who is disabled) FSSA account is constantly screwed up!

Online quizes with little explanation, called for interview late evening on weekend, had to wait 35 min just to get into building, interview process took over an hour, then told put on waiting list was a top candidate but picked someone they felt sorry for
