Overall the process was smooth and efficient.
I applied online. I interviewed at All My Sons Moving & Storage (Cherry Hill, NJ) in Jun 2020
Interview
Quick, non-conventional. The recruitment process is clearly bulk. They bring in a mass of probability candidates and make selections based on a criteria probably proprietary to them. I'm a very competitive professional- goal driven, with long term plans, but was turned down, not that I can say I mind. They give off a vibe that seems almost cultish. You'll see, seems like a place that is fire happy as I continue to see the ads pop up for the same positions regularly.
