In depth interview process. First I spoke with recruiter, followed by a casual interview with manager. Then I came back to complete a personality assessment which took about one hour. The final interview took about two hours to review the results of my assessment and further questions.

Interview
Super easy. Interview first with HR coordinator, then with your potential sales manager. Personality/trait test after interview with sales manager. The process is fairly straightforward for anyone that's ever had a sales job before.
Interview process was very engaging and in depth. If they sense you will be a good asset to the team, they will have you interview with top performing team members in addition to the manager.
