Interview
Interview went well, spoke to the Owner and assured me this was the place to be. Found the position on Craigslist the add sounded too good to be true:
"If you want to join a small business with a family atmosphere, this may be the place for you!"
"This is a Full-Time, Long Term position. There is great opportunity here."

Just a few questions on recent work and what you are capable of. The Owner will ramble about how great it is to work here etc.
