Pretty standard process.
- Recruiter call for vetting process
- Initial call with VP of Alkali. talked about past experience, tech stack. He also briefed about his roles an responsibilities etc.

- Database concurrency related questions ( if two thread modify 1 records why thread#2 getting dirty data)

Interview
Got a call from a recruiter and setup an interview with a hiring manager followed by a coding round, design round and infra round. Most of the people I interacted were very nice except one of them. The person seemed to be in a rush and cut short my interview. He appeared to be a busy guy and seems he made up his mind even before the interview started. After interacting with him, I felt happy for not being selected for next round.
