I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Alkami Technology (Plano, TX) in Apr 2016
Interview
The interview involved a 1 hour 15 minutes telephonic round with one person and then more than a two hour interview with a six member interview panel. My staffing agency gave me incorrect information about how the interview will be. When I went for the interview, the interviewer told me that they had changed how they conduct the interview.

Q: What are some ways to improve the performance of web applications?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Alkami Technology (Plano, TX) in Jan 2024
Interview
Initially its a single dev that does a video interview with some basic questions. After they pass you through the initial screening it's a bit longer with 2 panels of 4 developers each, They watched you code and asked questions after. The questions got progressively harder, and expect you to defend you answer.

Question 1
Explain what a string builder is, and what cases would you need to use it?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Alkami Technology in Aug 2023
Interview
First was an HR screen, very typical. Second was a 1 hour interview with a single hiring manager that includes technical questions and a coding challenge using HackerRank. The third is a 3-hour multiphase interview with multiple. It includes multiple teams/titles and also includes more technical questions and coding challenges via HackerRank. If you don't do the challenge fast enough or to their liking, they will dismiss you part way through the 3 hour process, which is what happened to me.
