Interview
It is like a two or three step process. Meet with lead MD, ceo and then HR. You also get to visit the location sites before starting/shadow. They also try and accept negotiations but they do not offer a competative salary.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Alivio Medical Center (Indianapolis, IN) in Mar 2019
Interview
I applied for a position teaching immigrant integration classes, after seeing the job posted on Indeed. I spoke with the hiring manager via Indeed messages. We talked by phone, and everything seemed to be going great. The hiring manager said that he wanted to hire me, but that I needed to come in for an in-person interview with the staff. He sent me an invite with the time and place for the interview at their location on 21st and Shadeland in Indianapolis.
