I applied through university. I interviewed at Alight Solutions
Interview
I interviewed at my college with people from Defined Benefits, Defined Contribution, and Health and Welfare. I didn't get a great feeling from the interview process except with the Defined Contribution interview.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Alight Solutions (Lincolnshire, IL) in Oct 2016
Interview
Nice dinner the night prior, where you get to mingle. Then tour of the building. They fed us breakfast and had multiple one on one interviews with high up employees. They had most people in the office to make the culture seem appealing.

Interview
Really laid back first interview. She explained what the roles were and how they intermingled and answered all my questions about the company. I then got an offer for a second round interview at the office location. The interview process was neat. They brought about 50 of us out to stay in a hotel. The night before we got dinner close by with people from the company, to talk about their experiences. The next day was split into 2 groups. 1 group was informed of company values and the other group went and did interviews, then switched. I had 2 interviews that day, the first with 2 people and the second with 1 person. They asked typical behavior questions and asked about my interests.
