Generally takes longer than 30days to 45days for processing candidates. Management is difficult to deal with. Patience is the key. Great if you enjoy 6days week with minimum 9hours working periods.

It's not that difficult your commitment skills must be strong to be a select.first round is group discussion topic is social media, just be confident and get in the flow .next it's Hr interview they prefer good communication skills and the questions are quite easy to answer.
