The interview was for 30 minutes but mine lasted around 45. The interviewer asked for an overview on my work experience and about some work styles such as task Management and challenges with working with team members.

I had three interviews with Alida before getting kindly rejected. Everyone I spoke with was very nice, especially the Talent Coordinator I worked with. Only red flag is the fact that if I had passed the third interview, there would have been another 3~ interviews or so. I don't know why companies insist on doing so many interviews these days, but that's neither here nor there.
