The interview process that includes a mix of video recordings, assignments, and online interviews -Pre-Recorded Video Responses-Candidates were given a set of questions and asked to record their responses. Thought I didn’t do well but was selected to the next stage of interview. - Assignment of different cases to answer and present. All the questions were quite repetitive. Was confused in the actual interview whether to discuss or present the cases.

No writing assessment. Tough technical questions asked but friendly interviewers (the director, manager and HR ) nevertheless. Be very prepared. You also need two references to be accepted. The process takes about two months. They're quite generous with salary too. So propose accordingly.
