In the interview process I went through, it started with a message saying that my application was reviewed and informing to have a scheduled interview. Then I had the interviews where they asked about my experience, problem-solving skills, and how I handle different situations. Then after passing the first interview, I was directed to do the written exam. Overall, it was a smooth and structured process that helped both sides see if we were a good fit.
