Interview
Mine was different to other people at Alfa, I been asked to come to the office to do the test.
Interviewers were unprepared.
Then I had a director's interview now replaced by HR interview I believe.

Question 1
They had asked me to put back a paper which is torn in to pieces. Impossible to solve within an hour and somehow I got selected
I didn't hear anything back after interview. When I tried to follow-up I didn't get any response. This is not good etiquette of a company during the interview process and does not give the candidate a good impression.
