Questions seemed relevant to the position. There was some delay between applying and being interviewed. Good communication afterwards. Interviews are generally in person with multiple panel interviewers. They stick to standard questions for each applicant, and will give you a copy of the interview questions, the job description, and a notepad to take notes.
