During my initial HR interview, I was told I could reach out for feedback if needed. After being rejected, I did exactly that, but never received a response. While disappointing, I understand that this kind of silence is unfortunately common in today’s job market.
About a month later, the same HR representative contacted me about a new opportunity and asked if I’d be interested in interviewing with the hiring manager. I agreed, but the interview link I received had already expired. I followed up to request a new one, but once again, I was met with no response.
A week later, I was informed that the position had already been filled. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and frustrating, and I was left with the impression that my time and interest weren’t fully respected.
