Submitted the CV through different portals but the one through LinkedIn got answered quicker so I recommend applying through there. Got a phone interview and an e-mail with the job description. Got a second interview at the headquarters with the HR in charge and a final interview with one of the managers. Once you arrived at the office you are put to wait and you can hear music in the background and people cheering, my first thought was like "this is what they meant about working on a motivational environment".
