I applied online. I interviewed at Aledade (Bethesda, MD) in Aug 2020
Interview
Aledade's interview process was efficient, organized and thorough; the communication was refreshing. It took about 1 week from start to finish and I went through 10 separate interviews which provided me with an inner glimpse of Aledade. Further, it gave me the opportunity to gather a better sense of the role, expectations, support and on-boarding experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There was not a set of questions for the interview, but more of a conversation of the ACO space at the national and local level. This interview approach created valuable dialogue.
I went through 4 rounds of interviews that all went extremely well. I received positive feedback and communication along the way. Suddenly, I was ghosted and finally I had to reach back out to the recruiter to be told they were going in another direction.

Question 1
The interviews were mostly conversational. One leader who interviewed me was even in the car when we spoke.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aledade
Interview
I did enjoy connecting with the recruiter and multiple leaders. I went through four separate interviews with very positive feedback throughout the process, only to be ghosted for a time and then eventually receive a “thanks, but no thanks” without any other feedback or helpful critiques provided as to why they decided to go in a different direction.

Question 1
The interviews were more conversational than traditional Q&A.
I have interviewed for a lot of Executive Director jobs and while Aledade's work with clinicians is known to be high quality and admirable, their interview process is PAINFULLY drawn out relative to pay/level of job. It was a draining 7 rounds or about 6 hours of (work hour) time over many weeks to get to no thanks.
