I was contacted quickly after submitting my application for a screening interview with the people team (HR). At the end of that call, the interviewer set up a time for another video interview with one of the divisional team members. Following that interview, there was a delay of a couple weeks before a phone interview with the hiring manager and then an in-person interview with that same manager. Offer came within hours after the final interview. Overall, the process was good to have reflection time, show your research into the company, and meet a few people. I get the sense that culture is a big focus for Aledade, so the longer interview process is essential to maintaining strong employees who are committed to the group.
