Alcoa Graduate Engineer interview questions

There were a few behavioural questions and some light introduction/discussions. The position and program was also thoroughly explained. Ample time was allowed for questions for the team. I believe if you were offered the job they called back within a couple of days. I received a rejection call more than a week later.
