Albatross CX interview questions

In the first interview, the questions I got were quite generic, mostly about my motivation, expectations, and so on. The second interview with the case study presentation was more specific about the business case. The manager was also very open about the company culture, the team structure, their business approach, etc. I could ask questions at the end too. I was not selected due to my lack of experience in retail, but overall, the process was quite casual and comfortable for the candidate.
