      I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Alaska Structures (Las Cruces, NM) in Mar 2017

      Interview

      Perform a pre-interview test in the front office lobby (measure and document various item with a standard measuring tape). Meet with facilities manager. Continue with a practical electrical test on a home-made test board to solve motor control wiring problems, fluorescent lamp problems, measure voltages and current, and finally bend some conduit to specifications.
