job interview The process was amazing and fast. a couple of days after submitting my application I was emailed by a recruiter, I was asked to submit the pre-interview videos, talking about yourself in general, etc. After I passed the pre-interview I was invited to complete a coding assignment in Python and I have 6 hours to have it done once I open it. The team reviewed the submitted assignment and I got feedback after 1 day and it was amazing, so I was invited to the next step in the interviewing process which was the main interview with two Software Engineers and People managers, at the interview, we went over each other experiences I was asked to walk them through the coding assignment answer some questions and I had the time to ask my questions at the end of the interview. I was then moved onto the final stages of the interview process. which consisted of two parts. Interviewing with founder and then a team-meet, at the founder interview we went each other experiences and I had a great insight about Alasco and of-course time to ask my questions. After that, I moved to the team meeting and it was a great experience talking to the team about hobbies, atmosphere, experiences, team activities, and so on. The interview process with Alasco really was a great experience. The recruiter was very helpful and informative and she was answering my questions very fast.
