Interview
I was interviewed by the office manager at the time, who was also new to the role. i was invited in via telephone and upon attending the main Dartford office for an interview a was greeted warmly by the office manager and shown around the facility. We discussed business needs and suitability for the role and I gave them new ideas to consider before being offered the position. Following the interview i received a telephone call next day and started 1 week later.

I was approached by this company and offered an above average salary to join them by a senior director , after I declined the job offered by the junior director.
