it takes months to process, I applied in November 2023, had my first online interview, and told me we will contact with feedback but they didn't, and they kept calling me till now like my resume didn't exist.

Interview
I was approached by the hiring team, spent 3 hours of multiple zoom calls with the HR team, board member and then a 1.5 hour meeting with the board members who were VERY respectful. I received a call apologizing for feedback delay and assuring an offer within a week. 2 weeks later, no contact and no phone responses, which is very disrespectful and damaging to their employer brand. I do not recommend interviewing there (except if you have spare time)!

Interview
It was a Simple and straight forward interview. The interviewer was very professional, giving out direct, clear questions. It turned out to be a friendly discussion rather than an interview.
