Starts off with technical questions and then after this phase the rest of the process is questions based off of your resume and your work experience. They value work experience highly rather than your school coursework and if you have prior knowledge about the field they work in

Came in for an hour long interview, they asked about my experience, references I had, my physical capability, and since I am a recent grad, my transcript. They were very polite and they hired me 2 days later.
