In person interview at the location I was hoping to work at. Interview was with one of the managers who described job details, possible other roles, then asked the standard interview questions for entry level server job.
Talked about prior experience, customer service skills, and questions regarding how you'll handle stressful environments. Asked about shift availability and which hours work best for me. How to handle uncomfortable situations with dissatisfied customers.

Pretty short, they asked common questions like why I wanted to work there and how good my time management skills were. References were required, and it took a while for them to get back to me.
