I've gone through 3 interviews before getting hired. The first was a phone interview with the internal audit manager. It was more of a screening interview, not many technical questions, mostly typical interview questions, talk about yourself, and questions of that sort. My second interview was with the Director of Finance, and it only lasted for about 20 minutes. Again, nothing really technical, pretty straight forward. My third interview was immediately after my second interview, and it was with the internal audit manager, whom I spoke to on the phone. This interview lasted for about an hour, and it had some technical questions. He also asked me about a lot of the subjects I took in my MBA program.
