The Interview process consisted of a written test asking behavioral questions. then followed by a technical round with hands-on questions related to Excel and SAP. The interview went really till they asked about my salary expectation. They downplayed my skills and previous experience because of Career gap.

Referrals will be the best and fastest way. But the recruitment team sometimes advertised the job in indeed and the HR Dept. will select suitable applicants and will be submitted to the Manager who requested for the job advert. From the resume's the manager will select the candidates for an interview.
