I was interviewed in February for the position of Lead Generation Specialist. Unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. To begin with, the office is located in a very remote area, making it extremely difficult to find a taxi or access public transportation. When I arrived, I had to wait more than 20 minutes for the recruiters. During the interview, the questions asked were not structured at all. And of course, after that, I never received any follow-up communication, not even a simple rejection email. I find this quite unprofessional, especially considering the time and effort candidates invest. In total, I ended up wasting half a day on a process that felt disorganized and disrespectful to applicants.
